A- RECRUITMENT

United’s efficient and effective recruitment process is implemented step-by-step to ensure hiring high-quality

B- VISA PROCESSING SERVICE

Upon acceptance and before the onboarding stage, United Recruitment mediates between the concerned governmental entities and the candidates, with the aim of facilitating their Visa Issuance. Meaning, we finalize all the forms and all the needed documents, as well as carry out all the required procedures for the
candidates to make their hiring process abroad very seamless and hassle-free.

C- HR OUTSOURCING

Upon embarking on operating in Egypt, United Recruitment is intending to stumble upon the field of HR Outsourcing. This service will, in turn, allow our clients to give their undivided attention to their core operations, without getting distracted by extracurricular chores. Our assistance will also aid any organization to unlock the value of its Human Capital, as well as spare our clients the trouble of spending time and resources, and exerting immense effort, while trying to juggle a myriad of tasks.

corporate strategy, organizational chart, job descriptions, performance management system, salary structure and scale, and finally their training and development plan.

E- SALARY SURVEY

Generally, it goes without saying that large businesses must conduct salary surveys at least once a year in order to analyze and review market changes. Those surveys are believed to assist businesses in determining whether or not their company is in legal compliance, and they also
drive employee growth and achievement.

That being said, one of United Recruitment’s additional services will be conducting surveys to businesses and organizations in order to keep them up to date on market changes, as well as help them maintain their success, while focusing on their business growth.
