Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architectural Project Manager located in Al Saudia. The Architectural Project Manager will be responsible for project coordination, managing submittals, working with construction drawings, and ensuring compliance with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards.

Qualifications

• Project Coordination and Submittals
• Architecture and Construction Drawings
• Experience with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design .
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
• Experience in project management is a Must .

Conditions :

• Age 40 years.
• Bachelor of Architectural Engineering  Is Must .
• At least 10 years of experience in implementation, finishes, cladding, and gypsum boards in hotels Is Must.
• PMP Certification Is Must .
